Political Action Coordinator
The New York State Credit Union League, a trade association representing the state’s credit unions, seeks a motivated, energetic individual to fill the position of Political Action Coordinator. The primary function of this position is to develop, organize and execute the federal and state political fund raising programs and efforts of the NYS Credit Union League, Inc. and credit unions. Emphasis will be on fostering good relationships with internal and external contacts. Qualified candidates must possess a two-year degree or equivalent experience as well as computer knowledge of particular Microsoft programs. Good communication and leadership skills are a must. Travel is required.

Advocacy Specialist
The primary function of this position is to assist the Vice President of Governmental Affairs with political action and statewide grassroots plans. In addition the individual selected for this position will serve as a resource to credit union professionals on matters of political involvement and grassroots action. Qualified candidates must possess a two-year degree. Must have computer knowledge, in particular Microsoft programs and database programs such as Excel. Must have excellent oral/written communication, organizational and presentation skills and the ability to travel at least 20% of the time.

The individual selected for this opportunity will be responsible for presenting CUCMC products and services to credit unions throughout Pennsylvania that do not have a current business relationship with the company, as well as, contacting existing customers of CUCMC, throughout the assigned territory, on a scheduled basis.
