(December 19 - Latham, NY) – The New York State Credit Union League is happy to announce its education and training calendar for 2008.
Highlights of the conferences and schools that will be offered in 2008 are as follows:
March 11-13: Consumer Lending School, Albany April 14-17: CUNA’s Regulatory Compliance School: Update, Albany May 6-8: Financial Management School I and II, Albany May 13-14: Disaster Recovery/Pandemic Conference, Albany May 18-20: Annual Meeting & Governmental Affairs Conference, Albany June 10-11: Collections and Bankruptcy Conference, Albany June 17-19: Financial Management School III and IV, Albany Sept. 16-17: Serving the Underserved (Modest Means) Summit, Albany Oct. 5-8: 2008 Convention, Niagara Falls Nov. 6-7: Marketing Conference, Saratoga Springs Professional Development Grants that cover registration fees for any League-sponsored programs, credit union industry related training and self-study programs are available from the New York Credit Union Foundation, www.nycuf.org > Professional Development > Grants.
