The New York State Credit Union League offers human resources consultation and support to member credit unions as part of their annual dues.* Board members, credit union managers and credit union HR managers can benefit from these services, including:
Employee Relations & Coaching – We offer guidance to credit union management on all aspects of staffing including performance management, employee conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, coaching tools and tips, etc.
HR Compliance – We will assist your credit union with all HR compliance-related matters including navigating HR-related regulations and providing guidance or review of policies and procedures.
Job Posting Service – NYSCUL maintains a job openings area on our website for open credit union positions.
Salary Analysis – We draw from various salary survey sources to provide complete benchmarking assistance for credit union positions.
Sample Forms – Sample forms are available for a variety of HR functions including performance evaluations, progressive discipline, performance improvement, COBRA administration, job description templates, etc.
Recruiting Support – We can offer assistance in supporting your recruiting process including ad creation, writing a job description, resume sourcing/screening and telephone screening (for non-executive level positions).
Training – Customized training is available on various HR related topics such as performance management, interviewing skills, professional development planning, succession planning, workplace conduct/anti-harassment, customer service and many more.
