CenterLink has a long list of features that are vital to your credit union’s operations:

Classifieds allows you to advertise items you have for sale or items you want to sell to other credit unions. And there are no advertising fees involved!

Compliance is CenterLink’s most popular area because it allows credit unions to keep up-to-date on Regulatory Issues, FYIs, and the quarterly Status Report. If an issue affects credit unions, you’ll find everything you need to be pro-active rather than re-active. Compliance also provides you with on-line access to the Quick Guide, Truth-in-Savings Manual, and various forms.  The latest addition to the Compliance area is Regulatory Advocacy.

CU Directory contains a current list of addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail addresses, and contact names for all New York credit unions. You can view credit unions in alphabetical or district order.

Chapter Officials - this area is only available to members of the league's Chapter Officials.

E-Source is an on-line version of the Source. The Source is a comprehensive guide to resources available at the league.

Education and Training is the place to go for all your education and training needs. View descriptions of sessions and agendas, register for sessions, sign up for certificate programs, or apply for a scholarship.

Events Calendar identifies all League and district events. This calendar is your life line to credit union happenings in the state. Find out what education sessions are being offered, when and where district events are being held, or when the next district golf tournament is!

General Counsel allows you to view your credit union’s bylaws voting representative, and view a copy of the League’s Bylaws.

Governmental Affairs is your legislative "watch dog". Find out what legislative issues are affecting credit unions today, obtain address information for your federal and state legislators, and see how your districts’ CULAC/CUPAC fund raising is coming along.

League Directory contains a current list of league staff phone numbers and fax numbers. You can also e-mail the various departments and affiliates within the NYSCUL.

NY Large CU CEO Roundtable - this area is only available to members of the league's NY Large CU CEO Roundtable.

PR & Marketing is the public face of the NYSCUL. This area offers weekly and quarterly publications, news releases, awards programs, community involvement, media tools, and marketing conferences.

    Security Issues

CenterLink is the password-protected, secure web site designed and maintained by the New York State Credit Union League.

Important:  Once your credit union has access to CenterLink, we will discontinue mailing and/or faxing any information that can be found on CenterLink. We recommend that you request CenterLink access for the person at your credit union who usually receives correspondence from the league.

Each credit union is responsible for maintaining its own level of security access to CenterLink. Since some areas of CenterLink contain sensitive data, we would like to make a few security recommendations.

    1. Designate a primary CenterLink contact person who we can correspond with regarding your credit union’s authorized CenterLink users.

    2. Grant access to the various sensitive data CenterLink components in a manner which is consistent with the overall security access guidelines in place at your credit union.

    3. Please notify us immediately of any changes in personnel or circumstances of anyone who has CenterLink access (i.e., staff member is no longer responsible for CenterLink or they are no longer employed.) We will take immediate steps to disable or delete the user’s ID and Password and the changes will be confirmed back to you via e-mail.

Note: We do not recommend sharing your User Id or Password with anyone. If additional staff members require access to CenterLink, please call the CenterLink Help Line.

    4. If you are not an affiliate of the New York State Credit Union League, your access to CenterLink may be limited to specific areas.
