(Name), (Title) of (CU name) presented the ($ amount) check to (Name), (Title) of (name of charity) during a ceremony at (the CU, the charity’s location….) Also on hand for the ceremony were (If others participated in the presentation, include their information here.)

"True to credit unions’ long-time ‘people helping people’ philosophy, we believe strongly in giving back to the communities that have given so much to us," said (name of CU presenter, manager or spokesperson). "With this donation (name of CU), and our members, are recognizing the important role (recipient) plays not only in the lives of our children, but in our community throughout the year."

Under the Care for Kids program, credit unions throughout the state enlist their members in fundraising on behalf of hospitals and other charitable organizations that assist children. The Credit Unions Care for Kids program has been making a difference in the lives of thousands of children in communities throughout New York State since 1995.

As part of the fundraising efforts, (name of credit union) sold plush puppies and donor acknowledgement cards. (Add any other fundraising efforts undertaken as part of your Care for Kids campaign) The credit union promoted the program by displaying posters and tent cards at their main office located at (insert address), as well as at branches located at (insert addresses).
