CUCare
The CUCare Group, a division of the Michigan Credit Union League’s subsidiary, CUcorp has partnered with the New York State Credit Union League to provide two specific federally mandated products, an Operations Policy Manual and a Disaster Recovery Manual. The Operations Policy Manual (OPS) contains comprehensive policies and procedures in an electronic WEB based format - developed & written especially for credit unions by regulatory (legal and financial) experts. Credit unions are also required by the National Credit Union Association to have a written and tested disaster contingency plan. The Disaster Recovery Manual meets this need in an off-line format.
