The LoanLink Center is a contact center providing credit unions with 24x7 call center services for lending, deposit services, member services, internet lending and indirect lending.  Formed in 2002, The LoanLink Center is the only credit union system-owned lending call center, owned and operated by CUNA Mutual Group and 30 League investors. The LoanLink Center is located in Dallas/Fort Worth area and serves clients in all 50 states.

The LoanLink Center helps credit unions grow their lending operations by providing services that expand and integrate channels. It combines CUNA Mutual Group’s lending expertise – LOANLINER™ forms and loanliner.com™ – with APPRO’s industry-leading loan origination system and   established lending call center. The LoanLink Center has the largest number of connectivity solutions to data processors serving the credit union marketplace, a key component to its channel integration strategy that enables credit unions to serve members more effectively.

The call center service uses live operators to accept loan applications for members on behalf of the credit union; the service cross-sells protection products, and offers automated and manual loan underwriting. The LoanLink Center supports the sale of protection products through CUNA Mutual Group’s Lender Development Program (LDP) sales methodology.

The LoanLink Center was the first call center to provide full Member Services to credit unions, providing account balances, account transfers, and other deposit related services to members 24x7. Member Services can be used to provide overflow, weekend or full outsourcing, improved member experience, and operational improvements.

The LoanLink Center provides its customers with a competitive edge by extending the hours of the credit union, as well as picking up the overflow traffic occurring during normal business hours. In addition to increasing the service levels of credit unions, the LoanLink Center also improves efficiency, thereby reducing costs associated with providing these services to members while increasing the level of service credit unions provide their members.
