LEVEL 1 - PLATINUM
This is the premier "Credit Union Resources" package. Platinum level assures year-round visibility to the New York market. Your company will appear in the award-winning League magazine, be featured on the NYSCUL web site, and be placed prominently in the annual meeting & convention exhibit hall. This package features the best of the best, as we highlight you as a premier resource for credit unions!
You will receive
Year round
Web site presence in the "Credit Union Resources" area of the NYSCUL site, including company name, products and services description, complete contact information, and prominent link to your web site.
Three full-page ads in Connection, the League’s award winning, full-color magazine published three times a year.
Semi-annual payment plan
Featured as the "Credit Union Resources Spotlight" once during the year, including a feature article in the "Credit Union Resources" section.
Inclusion in Speaker Resource Guide listing for educational topics.
Invitations to district vendor nights.
Opportunity for a direct mailing once per year to credit unions (you supply the materials; actual mailing carried out by NYSCUL).
Placement on mailing list to receive League publications.

Mechanical and Electronic Requirements
- Web address (for linking to NYSCUL site), contact name and phone/e-mail, 50-word description of products/services, and 72 dpi artwork of corporate logo. (A gif file of logo with a transparent background is preferred.)
- Full page ad for Connection magazine – (all ads are four color):
8" wide x 10½" high without bleeds, or 8½" wide x 11" high with 1/8" bleeds.
Ads must be to size and delivered on a Mac-compatible CD-ROM containing QuarkXPress, Photoshop or Illustrator files with all fonts and graphics included. Only full-page ads can bleed and require an additional 5% over the standard 8" x 10½" as noted above.
- Article for inclusion in "Credit Union Resources Spotlight" web site area. (300 word max.)
- Name of company trainer/spokesperson and a brief summary on their topic of expertise for
Speaker Resource Guide.
- Time of your preference for direct mail delivery to credit unions and content of direct mail piece(s).
- Booth at convention – a complete drayage package will be forwarded from our decorator. Submit a word file electronically that contains your full company name, address, web address, phone number(s), contact name(s) and brief product description for the convention program book listing.
- Full page ad for convention program – (all ads will be printed in black and white):
4 ¾" wide x 8" high (no bleeds). Ads must be to size and delivered on a Mac-compatible CD-Rom containing QuarkXPress, Photoshop or Illustrator files with all fonts and graphics included. Black and white laser hard copies will also be accepted.
- High-resolution corporate logo (300 dpi) should be e-mailed for placement on convention sponsor recognition collateral.
- Name for placement on fundraising event sponsor signs.
- 600 pieces of advertising materials, delivered by May 1 for inclusion in convention registration bags.
