LEVEL 7 - NYSCUL Annual Meeting and Convention
The New York State Credit Union League’s annual meeting & convention is the premier opportunity to showcase your products and services to credit union executives and boards of directors. With an average of 500 credit union attendees each year, Convention is the ideal opportunity to meet the credit union professionals one-on-one. Booth space in the exhibit hall is limited, so make your reservations today!
Exhibit Booth Specifications
All booths are 8’ high x 10’ wide, with 8’-high draped back wall and 3’-high draped side walls. Booths include one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and two standard convention registrations, including entrance to all education sessions, meals, exhibit hall and general sessions. Exhibitors also receive a convention program book listing that includes: your company name, a description of your business, and the all-important contact names and numbers that can facilitate follow-through after convention is over.

Convention Program Book
Advertise in the convention program book, and you are sure to reach credit union professionals from around the state. The convention program book is the indispensable reference guide used by every convention attendee to navigate through the events of the week. Advertisements are available in three sizes: full, half, and quarter page:

Mechanical and Electronic Requirements
Convention Exhibit Booth
Booth at convention – a complete drayage package will be forwarded from our decorator. Submit a word file electronically that contains your full company name, address, web address, phone number(s), contact name(s) and brief product description for the convention program book listing.

Ad Specs (all ads will be printed in black and white):
Full Page: 4 ¾" wide x 8" high (no bleeds) ½ page horizontal: 4 ¾" w x 3 ¾" h ½ page vertical: 2 ¼" w x 8" h ¼ page horizontal: 4 ¾" w x 1 ¾" h ¼ page vertical: 2 ¼" w x 3 ¾" h
Ads must be to size and delivered to the New York State Credit Union League, Inc. and Affiliates on a Mac-compatible CD-Rom containing QuarkXPress, Photoshop or Illustrator files with all fonts and graphics included. Black and white laser hard copies will also be accepted.
